Founder and Chairman of the Board – Douglas M. Cluff, MD received his Medical Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas; he did his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Conroe, Texas. In 2017, after practicing for 16 years at a large health organization in Irving, Texas, he started a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Flower Mound, Texas (TLC Family Health). He has founded various lifestyle and weight management programs for both children and adults, in addition to the non-profit Keep Flower Mound Healthy. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Society. He is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife, Sandra, have six children, ages 18-30, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren.
Board Member – Latoya Y. Edwards, DHSc, MPH, RD, CSP, LD received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Didactics from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Health Professions in Dallas Texas, her Master of Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health in Dallas, Texas, and her Doctor of Health Sciences from A.T. Still University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, currently working for the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. She is also Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, and serves on the board of the Dallas Area Coalition to Prevent Childhood Obesity.
Board Member – Marie Barber, BS graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Utah, and taught Anatomy and Physiology for 10 years in St. George, Utah at Dixie State University. She is currently the Nutrition Coach for TLC Family Health and SLIM TLC. She and her husband, Matt, have three children.
Legal Counsel – Robert K. Frisch, Attorney at Law received his Juris Doctor (JD) law degree from Vanderbilt University and is currently in private practice in Dallas, Texas.
Web Design and IT – Christanya Nold has been in technology support for 15 years. She has a wide variety of skills, including web design, UNIX and Windows server administration, IT service process engineering, shell scripting, synthetic transaction monitoring, and process automation. She was awarded her employer’s prestigious Chairman’s Award in 2008 and is ITIL v3 Foundations certified. Personal interests include raising her son, camping, kayaking, enjoying the company of friends and family, and playing guitar.
IT Administration – Jeffrey Angell, BS received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and currently works as a Software Engineer at Qualtrics in Seattle, Washington. He is married to Stefany.
